  • Prioritizing and managing backlogs in a scaled Agile setup.
  • Techniques for maintaining alignment and focus.

Session 3: Continuous Delivery and Flow Optimization

  • Metrics for tracking progress and ensuring value delivery.

Day 3
Session 1: SAFe® Practitioner Exam Preparation

  • Exam structure, key topics, and study resources.
