1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any training program, accessing materials, or using services provided by Skillvotech Global (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Participant(s),” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, or understandings. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership

All training materials, course content, software, documentation, videos, slides, assessments, trademarks, logos, and digital resources (collectively, “Materials”) are the exclusive property of Skillvotech Global or its licensors, protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2.2 Permitted Use

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the training period.

2.3 Restrictions

• No Reproduction: Materials may not be copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.
• No Commercial Use: Materials may not be used for commercial training, resale, or third-party benefit.
• Digital Protections: Unauthorized sharing of login credentials, screen recording, or downloading of virtual classroom content is prohibited.

2.4 Feedback & Contributions

Any feedback, suggestions, or contributions made by Participants become the sole property of Skillvotech Global, without compensation or attribution.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility

• Full Refund: Cancellations requested ≥14 days before the course start date.
• No Refund: Cancellations <14 days before the start date or after course commencement.
• Company Cancellation: Full refund if Skillvotech Global cancels a program.

3.2 Processing

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or another method deemed suitable by Skillvotech Global at its sole discretion within 15 business days.
• Non-refundable fees (e.g., third-party certification costs) will be explicitly stated at registration.

3.3 Exceptions

Refunds are void if a Participant violates this Agreement or fails to meet course prerequisites.

4. Booking & Cancellation

4.1 Cancellation Requests

• Must be submitted in writing to [designated email].
• Cancellation Fees:
  • ≥14 days: No fee.
  • <14 days: 30% of total fee.
  • No-show: 100% forfeiture.

4.2 Rescheduling

• One transfer permitted to another batch within 30 days, subject to availability and a 10% administrative fee.

4.3 Substitutions

• Substitute requests must be made ≥5 days before commencement, subject to approval and proof of eligibility.

5. Devices, Software & Technical Requirements

5.1 Participant Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the minimum system requirements necessary for course participation, including but not limited to operating system compatibility, browser specifications, and internet bandwidth.
• Any required software, applications, or tools must be installed and configured prior to the course commencement at the participant’s expense. Skillvotech Global will provide guidance on installation but is not responsible for procurement costs.
• Participants must keep their systems updated with the latest software patches and security updates.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to install and maintain up-to-date antivirus and cybersecurity software to prevent malware or security breaches during training sessions.
• Skillvotech Global shall not be held liable for technical failures, disruptions, or data loss caused by participant-side system issues, outdated software, or inadequate cybersecurity measures.

5.2 Licensed Software

• Any trial or licensed software provided by Skillvotech Global for training purposes is for educational use only and is subject to the respective software provider’s terms and conditions.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using the provided software beyond the training duration without obtaining separate authorization from Skillvotech Global or the respective software vendor.
• Unauthorized use of training-provided software may result in legal action from Skillvotech Global or third-party licensors.
• Skillvotech Global is not responsible for the expiration of trial software post-training and will not provide extensions or replacements unless explicitly stated in the course agreement.

5.3 Data Charges

• For live, in-person training sessions conducted at Skillvotech Global training centers or partner locations, Skillvotech Global will ensure network and internet connectivity to facilitate training activities.
• Participants attending online or virtual sessions are solely responsible for arranging their own internet connection, ensuring it meets the minimum speed and stability requirements to support uninterrupted learning.
• Any data costs, mobile network charges, or additional expenses incurred by participants while accessing training sessions online shall be borne solely by the participant.
• If a participant chooses to use their own private network during in-person training, Skillvotech Global is not liable for any connectivity issues, security risks, or data breaches that may arise from using an external network.

6. Payment Terms

• Invoices must be paid in full before course access.
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
• All fees are in [AED/USD] and exclude taxes unless stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skillvotech Global shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data).
• Third-party actions or content.
• Damages arising from Participant’s negligence or technical issues.
• Total liability capped at fees paid for the course.

8. Disclaimers

• Educational Purpose: Content is for informational use only, not professional advice.
• No Guarantees: Success in certifications, exams, or employment is not guaranteed.
• Third-Party Content: We disclaim responsibility for accuracy or relevance.

9. Participant Conduct

• Disruptive behavior, plagiarism, or harassment may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Unauthorized distribution of Materials will lead to legal action.

10. Termination

Skillvotech Global reserves the right to terminate access for breaches of this Agreement, with no obligation to refund.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 Compliance with Regulations:

Skillvotech Global is committed to protecting the privacy and security of participant data. All personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and other relevant regional regulations.

11.2 Collection & Use of Personal Data:

Personal data collected during registration, training sessions, and course evaluations may include, but is not limited to, name, contact details, employment information, payment details, and learning preferences. This data is necessary for enrollment, course access, certification, and customer support.

11.3 Marketing & Communication:

• Skillvotech Global may use participant contact details to send relevant updates about upcoming training programs, special offers, and industry insights.
• Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in emails or by contacting our support team. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect essential service-related notifications.

11.4 Third-Party Data Sharing:

• Skillvotech Global does not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data may be shared with authorized training partners, accreditation bodies, or service providers strictly for course delivery, certification processing, or payment handling.
• In certain cases, data may be disclosed to legal authorities if required by law or regulatory obligations.

11.5 Data Storage & Security:

• All personal data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
• Only authorized personnel with a legitimate need will have access to participant data.
• Skillvotech Global retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill training and compliance obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

11.6 Participant Rights:

• Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
• Requests for data modifications or deletions can be submitted to privacy@skillvotechglobal.com and will be processed in accordance with legal requirements.
• Participants also have the right to withdraw consent, restrict processing, or request a copy of their stored data.

11.7 Cookies & Tracking:

Skillvotech Global’s website uses cookies and tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and customize content. Participants may manage cookie preferences through browser settings.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: Governed by UAE laws, with disputes resolved in Dubai courts.
• Mediation: Parties agree to mediate disputes via [DIFC/ADCCAC] before litigation.

13. Amendments

We may modify terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use implies acceptance.

14. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
